Riot Games’s first female FPS World Cup is happening in Berlin, Germany. The main event, which started with the quarterfinals, has eight teams competing for the $180,000 prize.
Among the participating teams is the azilian line-up that represents Team Liquid, which made its debut at the main event on Wednesday (16). The team, composed by players Paula ASTRID, Ana Beatriz Navy, Natalia Nat1, Natalia Died and Paola DR, played against the Japanese team Fennel and won by 2 maps at 0.
Thus, the azilian team moved to the semifinals of the top key, and plays against the Americans of Shopify Rebellion also on Wednesday (16).

The first map, choosing the azilian team, started with the Japanese in the attack, started with Team Liquid making six consecutive points in defense.
Quite attentive to the advance and possible rotation of the Japanese, azilians did not let the rivals enter the bomb. Highlight for Nat1 Kay/O, which was quite significant in the first half.
The Channel, however, managed to make its first points playing with greater calm, scoring three rounds in the attack and confusing the azilian.
After the sides turn, however, Fennel failed to respond to the advances of Team Liquid, which won the first map of the series by 13×4.

Already on the second map, the game of both teams started more balanced. Again, the Japanese began with the attack and were more proactive, with an ACE performed by the player Isuzu, in the second round.
Although both teams have chosen Viper, a very strong agent for the chosen map, Team Liquid was not so easy to recover the bomb after combining Player Len skills.
Knowing that the player Died was defending the bomb B alone, the phenomena players choose to fake on the opposite side as they advance to plant to side B.
Despite a better performance of FENNEL, the first half ended in 6×6, so that despite the difficulties. Team Liquid did not let the game collapse.
With the sides turn, Team Liquid plays similarly in which the phenomena chose to play in the first half. Calm down to move forward, however, is not very favorable for azilian women, who need to ask Pause to rethink the strategies.
Noteworthy for player FENNEL, which combines Chamber’s skills with the use of the operator weapon, Team Liquid remains difficult to advance as strikers and FENNEL closes the second map by 13×8.

The decisive map also began with attack by the Japanese. This time, however, azilian women are able to resume Bombs more easily-specially for the performance of the BSTRDD player, who dominates the players in the middle of both bombs.
With a draw from the first half, you can see a slightly more confident team Liquid to dispute space-difference than it was seen on the previous map.
But the phenomena can hold the TL game to tie the game before the first half. In the second half, azilians can distance the score to 10×8 and abuse the combinations of their skills to maintain the distance.
Abusing the ease with which they advance in Bomb, azilians run to make the last point while the player Died keeps observing the rival advance. Very quickly, Team Liquid closes the last map by 13×9 and wins the series.
