Cities VR City Ausimulation for Meta Quest 2 announced
In 2015, Publisher Paradox Interactive and Developer Colossal Order with Cities: Skylines published a still popular urban building simulation, which was initially implemented for the PC — later but also for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Next year, the series will now also appear in VR for the first time. Developer Fast Travel Games (Wraith: The Oblivion — Afterlife) announced in a video that one wants to submit with Cities: VR the gaming experience of the template in virtual reality. First game scenes have also been shown: you get a first look at the new control of the simulation with VR controllers.
Fast Travel Games wants to bring Cities: VR in the spring 2022 in the trade. For the time being, the title will appear exclusively for Meta Quest 2 / Oculus Quest 2. Further details on the game want to reveal the makers in the coming weeks before the release. In recent months, the Oculus team has snapped some well-known brands for the VR headset.
